Committee members perform the first interview with a potential partner family. They are welcomed into the applicant’s home to access their current living situation. They will evaluate the family’s need of safe, suitable and affordable housing. The committee members answer the family’s questions on homeownership and evaluate how successful a family will be within our program. The committee works alongside the Family Partnerships Lead to help streamline our applicants, and ensure we are helping families who will be successful homeowners. They help us in our mission to provide safe, affordable homeownership to our community.
