| Description |
We are committed to ensuring our Board reflects the diversity of our community and welcome resumes from all qualified individuals. The Secretary records minutes and prepares agendas for all regular Board and Annual meetings, organizes and maintains files on the google drive and in the office, and shares responsibility in the work of the Association. |

Wednesday: Afternoon 4:30 - 6:30 pm (once per month) Board meetings take place on Wednesdays 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. once a month and there will be time required between meetings. Schedule flexibility is required. The Board doesn't usually meet during the months of July and August unless a special meeting is necessary. The term for a Board member is 2 years. Board members are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting held in September, or appointed by the Board of Directors to fill any vacancies in the interim. The Board currently meets virtually each month, however they will be moving to in-person meetings.
