Description |
Wyndham House strives to ensure we serve our community, staff, and volunteers with excellent customer service. We are currently seeking (2) volunteers to join our team as an Administrative Assistant (Office) Volunteers part-time during the week. If you have strong administrative organizational skills and/or a passion for connecting with people to assist in carrying out administrative support activities, we would like to connect with you. As a vital member of the Admin team, you will assist daily operations, in-person, at our office by providing administrative support and/or acting as the receptionist and first point of contact. This volunteer role will contribute to supporting the agency's charitable day-to-day operations. Office activities and duties may include: -Oversee and ensure smooth operation of the reception area at the office, including acting as first point of contact with the general public. -Replying to general enquiries and information requests, direct incoming calls, and replying to voicemails received. -During absences of administrative staff, assist with coverage as needed Support Supervisors/Managers with the general operation of administrative functions and special projects as needed. -Receiving and processing donations. |
