Join our team of dedicated volunteers and play a vital role in encouraging students to create positive changes physically, mentally, and emotionally through fitness and literacy. Purpose of the Position: As a Program Leader for the Running & Reading Club, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the club, ensuring that the program runs smoothly and effectively meets its goals. Program Leaders roles and responsibilities: - Program Planning and Implementation using the Start2Finish program session manual - Leadership and Supervision - supervise and assign roles - Program Monitoring and Evaluation - monitoring and assess program outcomes - Communication and Coordination - Maintain safety during the program activities working with the volunteer team With your support, students will feel seen, supported, and empowered to dream big.
