Founded in 2012, Community of Hearts is a not-for-profit, charitable organization in Guelph supporting youth, adults and seniors with developmental exceptionalities to achieve the level of independence they desire. Through curriculum-based quality programming, a person centred focus, as well as relevant and responsive opportunities we support our participants to build self confidence, self advocacy and become more engaged members in the community.
Description
Volunteer your time to find fun art projects for adults with developmental disabilities to do. Our art room is full of art supplies and we need someone creative to go through/organize the materials and create project ideas using the materials.
