Description |
The role of the Operations Coordinator is to orchestrate set-up and tear down on festival weekend. The Coordinator will lead a team of volunteers on Festival Weekend Sept 9 and 10. The Coordinator must be available for a few meetings in August, one in the first week in September. On Festival Weekend, work hours are : Saturday, Sept 9: 8 am - noon and 4 pm to 10 pm Sunday: 7 am to 7 pm Manual and materials developed by past Coordinators will be provided. |
Training Details | Retiring Operations Coordinator will support the new Coordinator in the follow-up to the festival and on Festival Weekend. |
Working Conditions |
Outdoor work, physical labour - must be able to help set up tents, move tables and chairs, etc. Will lead a team of volunteers, many of whom have volunteered for years. |
