- Follow COVID safety protocols - Answer phones in a friendly fashion, take messages, redirect calls - Manage and book appointments - Connect Community Members with resources - Answer questions regarding HOPE House and other programs - Enter information into a computer database - Answer email, return phone calls - Other duties as assigned, as in support other volunteer teams and/or admin tasks - Language skills an asset *High responsibility/trust role |

Monday: 9 am - 12:30 pm / 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Tuesday: 9 am - 12:30 pm Wednesday: 9 am - 12:30 pm / 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Thursday: 12:30 - 4:15 pm / 4:00 - 6:15 pm Must be able to commit to a weekly shift for at least 4 months. |
