| Description |
Front Desk Volunteers help to create a welcoming space at Reception. Their main tasks are greeting visitors and answering the phone. Volunteers also work with Ignatius Staff and help out with admin tasks. Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: • Answering phone and redirecting calls • Redirecting email inquiries • Greeting visitors • Distributing mail • Handling payments of retreat registration and book sales • Filing • Accepting deliveries and arranging for courier pick-up • Other office duties as assigned The Ignatius Jesuit Centre (IJC) aspires to be an equitable and inclusive place where a diversity of life experiences, identities and perspectives work together. Options include: Mornings from 9:30am-12:30pm and Afternoons 1:00pm-3:00pm. Volunteers usually come for one shift per week. |
