Description |
• Responsible for the overall direction and support of the Retail Manager in relation to the Courtyard Boutique - (gift shop); online Gift Shop when it is back online; HELPP Lottery and Vendor program. • Monthly meeting with Retail Manager • Provide reports at board meetings regarding activities of the retail outlets. • Receive financial updates from the Director, Finance to compare budgeted figures with actual numbers. • Work with the retail manager to establish yearly budget forecasts and bring reports/recommendations regarding budget allocations to the Board for approval • Initiate yearly performance reviews for retail manager |
