| Description |
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Office Volunteers to support our fundraising and administrative efforts. This role will play an important part in strengthening our relationship with donors and ensuring timely, accurate communication and record keeping. The volunteer will work closely with staff to assist with donor stewardship, direct mail campaigns and general office tasks. The office support volunteer will be asked to support staff with administrative tasks as well as some stewardship and data management tasks as requested. These tasks include, but are not limited to: Handwrite notes in thank-you cards for donors and prepare them for mailing Make thankyou phone calls to donors in a friendly and professional manner Support direct mail and donor communication campaigns (e.g., preparing mailings, organizing materials) Enter and update donor information accurately in our CRM database Researching and logging relevant community news/updates as needed Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (filing, data organization, document preparation) |
| Working Conditions | You will be working in-office at the United Way office at 255 Speedvale Ave. Our office space is accessible. |

| Time Detail | We are looking for individuals who can commit to 2 or 3 hours a week on Thursdays on a continuing and on- call basis. |
