| Description |
•Provide outbound calls to paired senior clients •Complete social conversations, safety/wellness checks, provide medication reminders through the telephone •Social calls might include conversations about daily plans, sharing stories with clients, and exploring action plans for crisis intervention •Utilize a strengths-based, solution-focused approach •May need to provide external resources and referrals to clients •Staff will be available during shifts should any concerns arise |

| Training Details | 1 on 1 training is provided by a staff member until the candidate is comfortable to start volunteering on their own. |
| Working Conditions | Must have access to secure and reliable internet connection during shifts and access to a private setting where calls can be completed without distraction |
