| Description |
Board members are community minded and key contributors to our organization. Our Board is made up of up to eight volunteer Directors who together as a team oversee the management of the non-profit, and have a commitment to social housing. We carry $5 million dollars Directors and Officers Liability insurance. Board Members oversee and ensure the organization to meet its legal obligations and provides financial oversight, providing direction to the property manager who carries out day to day operations. We are looking for two directors who may have legal,capital project or property development experience. |

| Working Conditions |
Virtual meetings on the last Tuesday of every second month 7pm to 9 pm (Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov.) Committee work on individiual issues/projects on an ad hoc basis |
